SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS

ANNOUNCEMENT

Mablethorpe & DMC will promote a 12 Car Navigational Rally to be called The Wishbone Rally on Monday 26th. December 2016. The event will take place on Map 113 Landranger Series Edition C3.  The start will be at  John Darke’s Grimsby Road garage (GR 122/323882)  The first car will start at 1031. The finish will be at the Clickem Inn GR113/223973


JURISDICTION

The General Regulations of the MSA, these supplementary regulations and any written instructions issued for the event will govern the event.


AUTHORISATION

MSA Permit No.
98007 has been issued for the event.

ELIGIBILITY

The event is open to members of the organising club and members of the following clubs:     
Border MC
Grimsby MC
Lincoln MC & CC
Lincs. Louth MC
 
Membership cards may be requested at signing-on

ENTRIES

The entry list will open on publication of these ASRs and close finally at 1030 on Saturday 26th December 2015.   The entry fee is £25.00 which includes lunch for 2 persons.  If extra persons are carried in the car, lunch is available at £9.50 per person.

PENALTIES AND MARKING

The event will be run to Section R Chart 13 of the Blue Book using the Fail system.


Maximum lateness at all TCs is 15 minutes. Controls will open 5 minutes before the first competing car.

To be classified as a finisher, competitors must comply with R 15.1  ie. visit the Start/Finish and any other four controls.

RESULTS

Provisional results will be declared as soon as practicable after the last car and will be declared final at the finish venue.  Trophies will be presented at the Annual Dinner of Mablethorpe & DMC in April 2017.


MEMBERSHIP

Membership of MDMC will be available at signing-on.
